Eric Shelton is an educator and builder of systems that work and scale—for organizations, teams, and the communities they serve. With 25+ years experience leading capital construction programs and procurement transformation, Eric has partnered with some of Canada’s most recognized organizations to deliver results that are as measurable as they are lasting.

As Principal of EMS Advisors, Eric combines rare credentials — PMI-CP, PMP, LEED AP — with deep hands-on experience in program governance, vendor performance management, and capital delivery strategy. His career includes leadership roles at CBRE, Brookfield, and HOK, where he shaped high-value programs for clients in corporate, public, and non-profit sectors.

From workplace modernization programs to creating a national capital projects project management Centres of Excellence (CoE) Eric is trusted for his precision, practicality, and collaborative approach. An Indigenous business owner, Eric is committed to building trusted relationships and delivering solutions with an ecosystem mindset.
